For a purchase made on 3/11 I did get a package on 4/7. It did include 3 items which is the same number of the items i ordered but all 3 were different from what I ordered...

I ordered 2 wooden puzzles, received them within 3 weeks.  They were so small I could hardly see them, not like the pictures indicated.  I asked for a refund, they would only offer 1/4 of the price.  Total scammers!

At first, there was a major problem with shipping. Then, after I complained and it finally was shipped, I received an outrageous product. I had ordered 3 ‘LARGE’ puzzles and received 3 tiny boxes 4”x4”x1” of burnt, poor quality, garbage.

Also, when exploring This outfit’s name, it is clear that they have stolen it from a legitimate concern (via misspelling) and they do not have a valid website. They are thieves and scammers. And....I am furious that an organization like PayPal helps this outfit cheat people. They closed my case before I even received the product and now there seems to be no way to reopen it with this second complaint. RkyCanada

They are total scammers.  I thought I was following the protocol of dealing with the seller for any dispute.  Then the time ran out as they were offering me a settlement.  I didn’t receive the money, so inquired with PayPal and said it was a lesson to be learned.!!  But they have indicated they’re refunding me the total amount for my original purchase.  I haven’t seen it yet.  Maybe tomorrow???  I told them to prohibit them from using PayPal as they are scammers!!

I ordered 2 items from Giantbee Technology about a month ago. I haven’t received any updates nor notifications from this company and certainly have not received my order. I see that this is very common for this organization, so I will be informing my credit card about this problem.

Giant Bee Technology is a huge RIPOFF.  I ordered puzzles March 12 and got all the wrong puzzles.  They won't respond to you as to how to return them.  I returned them according to their website and they never gave my money back.  DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.  It is Chinese and they are just ripping American off.
