I woke up this morning to a -negative £215.00 GBP out of my account to a website called Booking.com BV. I have never visited this site nor use British currency, I live in Canada. I tried contacting support but with no help is there anything I can do? This comes to a total of $385.26 CDN, I cannot afford this. Support wont answer back and I cannot make a claim as it tells my to "try again later"
If anyone can help me please
