Fraudulent deduction of funds

$173.24 was just deducted from my bank acct via PayPal by a “Jason [removed]” with a “story” that says “We can do it together.” I know nothing about this. I have just reported it and have taken my profile off of public access. I’m wondering, what information does this person have of mine? What information is public?
