Fraudulent activity (Facebook ads)

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me.

My e-mail was hacked and somebody manage to login into my Facebook account. I've quickly managed to change psw as I have reporting, but my FB account was disabled basically in the same day (probably someone reported it as hijacker probably posted something, most likely an advert which is not in their Community Standards).

Now I've been charged for some advertising on FB, which I didn't do (I never advertised in 2022, the last advert I did on FB was in the end of 2019!). I can easily prove this.

I've dispute the transaction and PayPal did solve it, BUT not in my favour and it was so quickly that I think some automation process closed it and nobody read my explanation at all.

Now I can't even contact PayPal about this (have no option on transaction).

Can anybody help me how to reach PayPal and explain them my innocence? I am willing to cooperate with all details I have about this.

BIG THX

You may not be covered for a refund because paypal was not responsible for you having your email address hacked, that would be your responsibility >>>

PAYPAL STATE IN THEIR USER AGREEMENT THAT THEY DON'T COVER YOU IF .....

We can show that the payment was made because you did not keep your account safe either intentionally or with gross negligence (for instance, you very carelessly chose to share your PayPal ID and/or password/PIN with someone else);

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
