Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it? Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Same experience here !! Caution to all new buyers! These guys are bunch of cheaters. Their refund promise is a lie. Things they will hide in their site and only after buying you will see that you have been charged more than what you expected. They will show you that you will be charged $15.99 and it will be completely refundable but they will charge additional $29.99 and $19.99 without being transparent and overall you will see $65+ charges. To my horror when I wrote to them within an hour to unsubscribe and return money they didn't. Please keep away from being cheated.
