Hello, I purchased item and it was fraud, i tried to file a complaint but couldn't find the item i purchased on Jan 2021 in my list and don't know how to do! also, i tried to find "Feedback and formal complaints" but couldn't. anyone can help?

Sadly too late, you can only open a paypal dispute for up to 180 days post payment.
Advice is voluntary.
