I was in and out of hospitals & medical centers since April and in a fit of severe brain fog, I fell victim to a scammer who impersonated a person I do business with. No matter what I do, I can’t find anyone at Paypal support who will reverse the fraudulent charge. More importantly, I sent proof to Paypal with Paypal messaging screenshots (from the scammer) that this scammer is commiting fraud, but the person still has a Paypal account to scam others. Is there someone I can speak to and send evidence to that will give me more than just a “there’s nothing we can do” response??? Thank you.

Unfortunately as you haven't said how you were scammed ie how you sent the money / funded the payment etc then all I can suggest is to contact customer services.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
