Escalated dispute has been closed, can I re-open it?

I have not had a Rivers order fully filled since order placed 20/12/2021. Dozens of emails to them end with automated responses only. COVID excuses only. So I raised a dispute 2 weeks ago. I had until 29/03/2022 to escalate it if the issue was not resolved. I escalated yesterday 28/03/2022- but today 29/03/2022 or rather tonight, PayPal inform me via email because I didn’t escalate by 29/03/2022 they closed the case. God send 🤦♀️Can anyone tell me what I can do about this. Thank you, kind regards.
