Error while submitting claim

Hi all, I've been trying to "report a problem" via the PayPal integrated function, however once I try to submit the claim, a pop-up with a warning sign always comes up saying there was "a problem on their end". I tried on different days, different files format for uploaded evidence etc but nothing seems to work and I can't get this claim submitted. Anyone ever encountered anything like it? How did you solve it?
