Error when trying to dispute charges (other avenues of contact?)

Our business account has 3 unauthorized charges over the past 24 hours totaling close to $3000. The payments were made to Affirm.com. There is an authorization transaction from yesterday afternoon to an unrecognized merchant.

I have tried to dispute the payments, but the website keeps giving me an error. I have tried calling the phone number, but just got the automated runaround. I have sent Paypal a message via Paypal assistant, but there has been no answer yet.

I couldn't see if the charge came from our debit card or not, but I locked it just to be safe.

Is there another place where I can go to get help? We are a very small nonprofit organization and losing this money would be extremely detrimental to us.

Hello @jazuth

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear your organization has experienced some unauthorized transactions. Normally, we'd recommend Reporting any unauthorized or unrecognized activity via our Resolution Center. Since that's working and you're unable to contact our Support Teams, I'd recommend reaching out via Twitter DM or Facebook PM. They should be able to get you started in the right direction.

Good luck!
