I received an email claiming to be from service at paypal.com. but when i tried to check the header, it tried to access my files on my device. I cant contact anyone at paypal, or look at the device header. It wont let me forward or reply. If you dont sandbox your device, beware of this new method.

Hello @Silhyboy,
I'm sorry to hear about this concerning situation. It sounds like it might be best to contact your email provider to see if they have additional options to secure your email. In the meantime, here's an article from or Help Center on how to spot fake emails. If you have additional questions, please reach out to our Customer Support team to provide additional details. You can contact us here.
Thanks!
