Hi, I bought a used item for 1200euro via Paypal and it arrived damaged. I opened a dispute case, Paypal asked for a repair quote from a 3rd which I provided. Then the seller agreed to make a full refund so I sent the package via UPS. 1-2 weeks later UPS got back to me with information that the seller is no longer in Sweden and did not provide a new address. I've attached that email to the dispute with additional infromation and couple days later Paypal closed it with the following comment:
"The case was closed in the seller’s favor as the proof of return you provided was invalid."
This makes no sense to me, since I provided UPS tracking number and email converstation with UPS. What should I do next?
