I understand that you're worried about the notification that you have been receiving. If you're referring to the emails that sounds like an account may have been set up in error. Please send us an email that is mentioned in this Help Center article with a brief description of your issue and the fact that you'd like to remove your email address from an unknown PayPal account. Please send the email from the email address that you want to remove.

 

If you are receiving unknown emails, to verify if the message you received is really from PayPal, log in to your PayPal account. Your Resolution Center will contain information on any account issues we may have contacted you about. If you receive a suspicious email, text message, or call, do not provide your personal or financial information, and do not click on any links, please forward them to phishing@paypal.com. Please take a look at this Help Center Article and if you are getting PayPal marketing offers emails, here's the link to manage it.
