Hello @Krowbait1, Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
If you haven't received your timeshare accommodation or the accommodation you received doesn't match the original description, we have a dispute process to help you and your seller resolve the issue in a friendly way. When possible, you should always try contacting your seller before disputing a payment through PayPal. You have up to 180 days after you sent the payment to file a dispute.
If you have trouble with a purchase, you can communicate directly with your seller by opening a dispute in the Resolution Centre.
Here's how to open a dispute:
- Go to the Resolution Centre.
- Click Report a Problem.
- Select the transaction you have an issue with and click on Continue.
- Click either I didn't receive an item I purchased or I received an item that's significantly not as described.
- Follow the next instructions.
I hope this helps,
Sean
