Hi
We have received a payment. There is no shipping address on the PayPal transaction page. In the transaction details it states " We have no postal address on file".
A shipping address has been provided which we can see on our e-commerce software.
Since there is no confirmed address in PayPal I assume that we are not covered by Seller Protection. So we are trying to decide whether the order is fraudulent and whether or not it is worth the risk of sending out the goods.
What would cause PayPal to have no address? For example, could the customer be checking out as a guest and does not have a PayPal account?
Are there any other reasons why there is no address?
Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Following my previous post, I contacted PayPal help. They told me that they could see the customer's address on their system. I refreshed the transaction page and the address appeared.
PayPal also suggested that I clear the cache and cookies and try viewing on a different internet browser.
