I payed for a whitening kit that has a 30 day money back guarantee if it doesn’t work. It didn’t work, and I’ve emailed them several times for a refund, but they won’t respond. I payed through PayPal, is it possible for PayPal to give the refund themselves?
You can open a dispute for item received but not as described and then escalate to a claim BUT if you win then paypal will probably expect you to return it trackable at your own expense before you get a refund. If you bought the item internationally that could be pricey, also paypal may decline as you have used the item?
