Because it involved an automatic charge, subscription, recurring payment and your situation might not fit exactly to what the dispute system was preprogrammed to handle so it spits out irrelevant results.
Typically, you’re supposed to be asking for a refund from the merchant reporting that the transaction was made unawares to you or whatever the case maybe.

Billing errors or issues with subscriptions >
I have an issue with a subscription or a recurring payment
Unauthorized activity in your PayPal account >
I suspect the subscription or recurring payment was set up by someone else
Try appealing the case with a customer service agent, clarifying the situation so the agent can makes notes to the report and/or choose a better appropriate report type for your case so you can get the correct outcome:
