Got scammed on a Website, Paypall doesnt help.

I bought shoes that were listed as Clark brand. What I got was a cheap no name brand shoe. I can't get a refund or return with the business. PayPal is useless. I am dropping my account with them. Strictly Amazon from here on

? Did you report problem as:

Issues with your purchase

• I received an item or service that was different or not as described

due to 

• The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic (i.e. counterfeit).

But if in your report you  made it seem like:

• The defect in the item was correctly described by the seller in its description of the item.
• The item was properly described but you didn’t want it after you received it.
• The item was properly described but did not meet your expectations.
• The item has minor scratches and was described as “used.”

They will deny your case.

Call customer services to appeal and clarify any misunderstandings to them.
