This is to dispute the deduction made twice to me by wondershare. I used my prepaid credit card when applying and yet they charged it to my savings account debit card which is disabled for using online transactions. There is clearly a fraud here. You cannot use my debit card without my permission. The Bank acknowledge that my card is disabled and cannot ve used for online transactions. So what did paypal do?
