Dispute buyee change case type

Hello, Hope you guys are well. Today I bought chanel jacket from buyee. And i accidently purchased so i tried to cancel but it didn’t worked. So i asked to buyee to cancel order and they rejected. Even return they reject. But i compare to jacket images from another website. Label was fake and button also fake. It means i paid 800euros for fake jacket. So i put dispute type to item not recieved. And then i thought this is fraud so i changed to type as i recieve it but different product. And after i read about buyee cases and i realize i should have to put dispute type as item not recieved.. So i try to change again but this option was disappeared …. I’m so scared about to pay shipping & taxes everything for fake product .. What am i have to do ? I’m really desperate now. I need to refund for this … And sorry for my English. Please anyone let me know the solution ? Thank you so much for reading and share your opinion & expierience. Best, H

I wish folks wouldn't rush and do things without checking first. 

You have up to 180 days to open a dispute so why rush?

Anyway if you have filed for 'not as described' then IF you win paypal will tell you to return the item trackable back to the seller first before getting a refund, as you haven't got it yet that would be difficult.

You should have opened one for non receipt of item and then if it arrived and was mis-described you could have changed the dispute to not as described.

All you can do now is hope the seller sends the item and you receive it before the claim times out so you can return it.
