I can't find the correct way to dispute this issue.
I got an email saying if I spend $40 at Wish website and pay with paypal, then I would get $10 off as billed by paypal.
I went to Wish and spent $43. Wish sent the $43 to paypal and paypal charged me the full $43, no $10 deduction.
I went to "payment dispute" on Wish and filed it. But Paypal said "they verified with the seller (wish) that the payment was correct" so I was DENIED.
The reason denied just said "Seller verified amount was correct."
I don't have a payment dispute with Wish, the dispute is the $10 promotion I didn't receive. But there is no way on the Paypal sight to start the dispute process except "payment dispute" and then it will be DENIED.
Any other way to dispute that a Paypal promotion wasn't received? Not a dispute with the seller. The dispute form on the Paypal is so frustraiting because it is forcing me into preset categories and there is no category for not getting a Paypal promotion.
