Consumer fee with business account

Theres a dude that apparently wants to send me 3000$ he sent me a video of his PayPal balance and it looks legit. He sent me 3000$ i got an invoice but the transaction fee is 100$ in Bitcoin or PayPal transfer. Is there any way this is legit ?

I understand you're being requested to pay an upfront fee to receive money. I'm sorry for the confusion this has caused. PayPal will never require you to pay an upfront fee to receive a payment, and neither should someone sending you money. You can learn more about common scams on our Help Center here.
