i think this maybe a scam

so i am looking at buying an online service already sketchy enough as is i know and its $60 and the seller asked if i have cashapp i said no i want to use paypal and he said his paypal account has recently been limited so he can only accept balance and i need to send a screenshot of me having the $60 in my balance this all seems really scammy to me is this someone i should just avoid or is this a reasonable request of him?

I'm sorry to hear that you're being put in a position to do something that sounds risky. I would never send a buyer or seller a screenshot of the inside of my account. There's no reason that they would need that information, and it could potentially divulge sensitive information that a fraudster would use to try to conduct fraud. I'm glad that your instinct is to doubt the legitimacy of the request. I would suggest that you consider avoiding any transaction with them if that is the request that was made.
