Computer scams on Facebook Marketplace ?

Hi , i recently purchased a HP ProBook laptop on FB marketplace.

Seller processed shopping cart  purchase via PayPal.

I now suspect this is a scam as the sellers site is now down.

What steps should i take to request a full refund.
