Closing a case of a Wrong Dispute - Bank and paypal

I have a wrong dispute, and already requested for my bank to reverse it, so they did and closed the case and recharged me with the disputed amount, they sent me resolution letter and also i can see the adjustment already. I called the bank and they said when they sent me the resolution cletter, they also sent it to Paypal but still Paypal can't close the case when I called Paypal. What do i do now? ive been back and forth with my bank and paypal..

I am sorry to hear this is happening. It sounds like you had a chargeback case opened with your bank. Once you cancel this case with your bank, we should then receive a confirmation to close the case via PayPal. This could take a few days, however. 

 

If 3-5 business days pass and the case has not yet been cancelled, I would advise following up on this with your bank and PayPal's customer service team.
