Hi, I have received an email to withdraw the balance after 180 days. My balances have two currencies, which I can't withdraw one of the balances because it is below MYR40 (~10USD) I wanted to convert USD to MYR but MYR is out of list. Transfer funds isn't possible to limited account, is there any possible options I can do to retrieve my remaining 5USD?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
