Can no longer use paypal after I submitted my requirements

How can paypal do this to me. They said I can no longer use my paypal account. I submitted all the requirements they asked. I have been using paypal since 2015 and only now they temporarily limited my access then no less than a day after I submitted the requirements they asked without prior notice I saw that I can no longer use my paypal. I have money in there. Money for my children's tuition fee. How can they just stole my hard earned money. The money I worked as a VA. How could they!!!! How can I feed my children now. There was one person name Joice who inform me that my papers are under review and then after an hour I can no longer use my account. I don't think paypal is safe. I think they are the fraud one using this paypal to steal money from people.

Paypal do not ban you for 0 reason. What would be the point? They make far more money from you using your Paypal account than interest on any held money.

PayPal does review accounts regularly, and any concerns with security, violations of the User Agreement or Acceptable Use Agreement, compliance obligations, etc., could lead to a permanent restriction. Additional information beyond what would have been provided to you in a notification and/or email would not be available due also to security concerns and due to such information being proprietary....in other words they do not give you an exact reason, they just direct you to the user agreement or acceptable use policy. I guess having a reason wouldn't make any difference if they have permanently banned you.

Then I hope that they can further explain the reason. I have been using paypal since 2015 and this is the first time they did this. If they have reason then they should explain further or at least let someone accommodate me when this happen. I was so surprise. And they even remove the message and all the information that I submitted my requirements. If they have problems with the requirements I submitted they should at least reach out for me if they really care to paypal users. I didnt even know what I did wrong. All Joyce or Joice said in the message were they remove now was that my requirements are already submitted because they saw many logins. If the problems are the logins then I do have paypal apps in my phone, tablet and laptop. Now because of this I cannot even pay my child's tuition fee. Paypal is just using this to steal money. How could they.
