Case closed in favour of buyer even though I have never sold anything or purchased anything

My account was hacked and someone bought and sold using my account.

one transaction was credited back to me but three others were resolved in the buyers favour.
I have never purchased or sold anything on paypal and do not recognise the names.I’ve closed the link to my bank account but am still being asked to make funds available
