Cannot File a Dispute at Resolution Center

Hi all. I have been trying to file a dispute at resolution center today 3 June 2023 for hours. But the system kept stopping me from completing my filing process, kept popping up a message of "We're sorry, looks like something went wrong on our end. Please try again." I have cleared my browser cache, etc, as mentioned by others here in this forum, but still to no avail. The ChatBot via Help link is not helpful at all. And no human stepping in via Chat after the ChatBot's failure. It is a dead end. Please advise how do I file a dispute without being stopped by PayPal system anymore. Thanks

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks filing a dispute through our Resolution Center. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history yet? If that doesn't do the trick, and you've already tried from another device, I'd recommend trying our Support Teams through social media channels.
