Can't escalate to paypal?

Hello good Morning
I have a dispute or a case that I opened on 21/21 and now it's been 7 days since the case knowing the option to escalate to paypal was visible to me the case could have been escalated on 2/28 but now I can't escalate because the option wasn't visible to me So what should I do? I don't want to lose my money. Please help me

Is it possible that your case has been escalated by the other party? If you had the option before to escalate and now you don't, it sounds like it has already been escalated. I would firstly check to see if you received any updated emails regarding your case. I would check your spam folder too as they can often end up in there. Also, you can check to see if you still have the option to contact your seller as this option is removed once a case is escalated.
If you are still unsure and haven't received any updates, I would recommend to contact us directly via the help and contact us link so we can check this for you and escalate your case for you if needed.
