Are there any ways I can get my money back after being scammed?

I was trying to buy a concert ticket from this one seller. After transferring them the money, I was blocked. No surprise, but I did not receive the ticket either.

Yes, as long as you used the goods/services option and NOT the friends/family option then you would have buyer protection.

Click on the transaction and using the report a problem link bottom of that details page open an item not received dispute.
