I think my facebook account got hacked and few days later charges me 70 euros for ads that i never use. Can paypal do something about that ? I cant do anything because they shut down my facebook

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be concerning. First thing I would suggest, if you have not already done so please update your PayPal password and secuirty questions. This can be done by following the steps here. 

It sounds like this payment was part of an automatic payment. When you make a payment with some merchants, they will sign you up for an automatic payment. This means they can charge you for their services without you having to enter your details each time. Please follow the steps here to cancel any automatic payments you don't regularly use. This will stop any future transactions going through. 

I would suggest you contact Facebook directly to request a refund. As they have charged you, they will have the option to issue a refund.

I try everything first of all i try to find a solution in facebook but it seems that i cant come in touch with anyone fron Facebook because Facebook dont have an email or a call center . It seems that Facebook has only the help center but in order to user it you must log in with the account that you have the problem. But the real frustating is that i can not do that just because i dont have this account anyome because the hackers simply delete this account . So i cant connect to this account  and ask my mone back . Anyway i cant do anything alse. They just hack my account made this payment and then they delete this account so i cant do anything . Its very pitty to lose my money with this way.
