“Amazon Mystery Box”?

Has anyone else order that “Amazon Mystery Box” and never received it? I have been going through this dispute for a month, their tracking number says they’ve provided the tracking number but never delivered to the post office apparently it’s from China, they say it was delivered to where I would love to know and I have to have the burden to show proof it was not delivered. Paypal is no longer for the customers whether you’re a buyer or seller it’s ridiculous.

To be fair to everyone, buyers sure do have to burden of proof too because sellers sure have to provide proof of delivery when they ship. PayPal can only make the best ruling they can with the evidence they have and sometimes they have to make a tough call. One party is not going to be happy. You just have to tip the scale that 1%.

Take the tracking number to the carrier and have it investigated to find out where or whether your address is even on the parcel. Get any shenanigans in writing for the carrier to submit to PayPal on appeal of your case. File a ic3.gov or police report too and submit that as well to make it official.

Hi thanks for the responses. I have done all suggestions and waiting for response. I have been on both sides of the spectrum with PayPal, it’s usually a game of chance, not proof. I will say I do not envy them their jobs nor would I ever want it have a great holiday.
