Account taken over, Email address changed

Hey guys,

so OK I had a very weak password and no multi factor set up (shame on me) and the password was breached.

The some 300 USD on the account have been transfered somewhere (still got the Email notification back then), then however the Email address of the account was changed to another one and now I can neither reset my password nor contact support, in fact I created a NEW account with my previous Email address and it worked.

Paypal so conveniently is only available as of Monday, any suggestions what I can try on the weekend?

I am stuck here in Ukraine and this is pretty much the last thing I need right now... apart from the obvious horror that is going on around me

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
