Account limitation, potential risk and missing beneficial owner information

Our account has been limited for 2 reasons:

1. After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.

We have no clue what this means?

2. Your account is limited. Because the deadline to provide beneficial owner information has passed, your account is currently limited, and you can't receive payments. To lift the limitation, please provide the information today.

We have added the missing beneficial owner information multiple times over the last couple of months without any result or explanation from Paypal. 

Does anybody have a clue what we should do?

1. That means you/your account has been supposedly banned because of potential risk to PayPal. You can no longer use PayPal anymore. Blacklisted.

2. Did you call customer service at all to follow up after submitting the missing information?
