My personal information is fake how do I get my money out to a my legitimate account?, my card and bank info is real however, with my name and info on it.
If you have a fake name on your legal paypal account then the funds in that account belong to the person with that name who has a legal document to prove its their name.
As you are not the person named on the account and can't provide legal proof that it is your name then I doubt you will be able to access those funds.
