A Payment email was sent to me. Then PayPal account was closed!

Hello,
I hope someone can help me.
I have received an email from PayPal saying that I have payed 122 euro with my account.
Then immediately, my PayPal account has been closed without my Authorization!
So, I signed up with a new account to reach the Resolution Center. But when I try to make a case, it says "No transaction was made".
How can I solve my problem then!
I tried messaging them via Facebook but no response!
How come, A big site like PayPal without any decent customer service!

Resolution Center cannot help you with this anyway.
When an account is closed, it can’t be reopened.
You can start a new account with same email address though but it does not bring back your old account history.
You’ll have speak with customer service about what happened as guest caller:
Log out of all accounts.
Go to https://www.paypal.com/il/smarthelp/contact-us
Click “Call Us” option under the “Common Issues’ section.
Click “call us as guest” link to get PayPal contact numbers.
Ask for an agent until they connect you with one.
You’re better off finding out where the 122 EUR is charged and file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
And then just continue using new account with stronger password, enable 2FA security.
If the money came from your PayPal account balance, good luck on trying to get a refund.
