Hello, I hope someone can help me. I have received an email from PayPal saying that I have payed 122 euro with my account. Then immediately, my PayPal account has been closed without my Authorization! So, I signed up with a new account to reach the Resolution Center. But when I try to make a case, it says "No transaction was made". How can I solve my problem then! I tried messaging them via Facebook but no response! How come, A big site like PayPal without any decent customer service!
