Hello,
Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.
If you are having trouble logging into a sandbox account you can update the password on PayPal Manager.
- Go to https://manager.paypal.com
- Log in to the dashboard (You can use your PayPal live email and password)
- Click on Accounts under Sandbox
- Choose your sandbox account
- Click on the three dots under Manage Accounts
- Choose view/edit account
- Click change password under Password
- Type in a new password
- Save changes
You should then be able to log into https://sandbox.paypal.com with the sandbox account.
If you do not see the sandbox account listed, when you log in to the developer site, its possible your sandbox account is associated with another account.
