"Things don’t appear to be working at the moment." after successful payment from sandbox account.

I have integrated a orders API in my application and I am facing issue while doing payment.

Here is how payment flow is working:

1. I am creating a paypal order by calling paypals orders API.

2. Orders API return a payload which consists approval url for payment authorization from customer.

3. After redirecting to this approval url customer is asked to inter credentials of paypal and then after the payment.

4. When customer successfully enters his payment details after entering an otp, he should be redirected back. 

--- at this step the customer is being redirected to an error page
url : https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/webapps/hermes?flow=1-P&ulReturn=true&token=37670706F23481512&country...

 

Please help find me solution to this issue.

Hello,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

There are so many reasons for that error message. I wanted to see if you could re-try running your request and if you are still getting that error message on the return URL, please comment the merchant id from the sandbox account so I can review the logs.
