We are sorry to hear you are having troubles there.
I am using Chrome without running into this issue also on our test bench.
Please try clearing cookies, cache, private browser and Chrome or Firefox.
If it happens with any other browser, please let us know what browser (ensure its the latest version).

In My Apps & Credentials
If I open any sandbox or try to create a new one, a 500 error appears.
2 days trying to get the credentials to test in my woocomerce. Can't get the key or secret key. 500 internal error all the time.
I cleared the cookies, cache, Tried Edge and Firefox, same problem both browsers

Hello,
Can you please re-attempt the same process and see if you can see a "debug id" within the "network" section of developer tools within your browser ?
Go to the "my apps & credentials" page, then open developer tools (Shift+I) in Chrome and then click on the "network" tab. Go back to the "my apps & credentials" page and attempt to create the REST app. If the failure occurs, you should see the creation attempt / error in the "network" tab and there should also be a "debug id" shown within the same section.
Please share the debug id and I can review further.
Thanks !
