Sandbox IP Address

Hi

Is Sandbox IP Address changed? According to this document, it should start with 173.xx. However, when I use use tracecert, it is not. I am trying to use www.sandbox.com instead of ipnpb.sandbox but I can't pass through. I think my server is not open for other IP. Is there any reason of changing IP address

and will the IP stated in the document be back?

When will ipnpb.sandbox be back?

All our sandbox IP addresses can be found on the page below :

If you're attempting to validate an IPN, you can use "https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" instead until we can resolve the issue with the "https://ipnpb.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" endpoint.

"ipnpb.sandbox.paypal.com" will be back working when it's fixed. There is a thread pinned to the top of this forum in relation to this issue and I'll post there when it's resolved.
