Yet again, "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

There seems to many reports of this, how do I find out why my sandbox env that was working 4 years ago when I originally wrote it is no longer working?

My own app is currently in a testable form at https://www.maumeetriadventurerace.net/static-test.html but once the buttons load and you click pay with paypal, it just hangs for several seconds loading paypal, before the "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." message appears.

How do I diagnose this? I've checked many of the other posts here, but nothing here seems to have solved it

Thank you for posting to the Merchant Community. There was a System issue with Sandbox that was impacting testing.

"We experienced a system issue which affected Online Checkout API calls in our Sandbox environment. Developers may have experienced "Things don?t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." errors while testing the checkout flow using the Sandbox test accounts.

This issue has been resolved as of Thu, 9 Mar 2023 06:05 GMT"
