Unable to view Sandbox business accounts that I have created.

I have created a few sandbox accounts, and the total number of account does tally with the number of accounts I created. However, I am unable to view the accounts in the PayPal developer page!

 

Here is what I see in my PayPal developer account's sandbox accounts page:

The total number of records is 9 but I can only see 4 of them, I can't seem to view the business sandbox accounts I made. Please help!

Hi,

Thank you for posting to the Merchant Technical Support Community.

There are a few reasons this issue happens:

  • You have removed an email address on your Live PayPal Account
    • If you removed a primary email address on your Live PayPal Account it can sometimes affect the developer sandbox accounts associated
  • You are logged into a different PayPal Account
    • Make 100% certain that you are logged into the Live PayPal Account associated with the Sandbox Accounts that were created
  • System update or maintenance being performed on PayPal Developer
    • Clear your cache and cookies from all time and then re-log into the PayPal Developer Dashboard to ensure the most updated version is displaying
