Unable to setup Live API credentials due to Email confirmation

I've just setup a Business account... and I confirmed my e-mail address. But when I go to the developer dashboard and switch from "Sandbox" to "Live" it still says "Confirm Your Email Address"... even though I've already confirmed it.

 

EDIT: It finally started working about an hour or two later.

Hello,

The response message is slightly misleading in that you need to confirm your email address and verify your account. If you only do one and not the other, you'll still experience the same issue.

First thing every account holder should do once they open an account is confirm the email address and verify the account to prevent any issues such as this one.
