Payments Not Received in Live PayPal Account

Dear PayPal Community,

 

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my PayPal integration on my website. Despite implementing the PayPal API and setting it to the live environment, I am not receiving any payments in my PayPal account.

 

Here are the details of the issue:

 

1. API Configuration:
- I have used the correct API credentials (Client ID and Secret) for the live environment.
- The API endpoint is set to `https://api.paypal.com`.

 

2.Transaction Status:
- No transactions are appearing in my PayPal account, neither in the completed nor in the pending or hold sections.

 

3.IPN and Webhooks:
- I have configured IPN and webhooks properly, and my server is set to receive notifications.
- However, I am not receiving any IPN or webhook notifications for these transactions.

 

4. Account Verification:
- My PayPal account is verified and there are no restrictions on it as far as I am aware.

 

5. Error Handling:

I have checked the API response logs and there are no error messages being returned from the API calls.

Despite these steps, I am unable to determine why the payments are not reflecting in my PayPal account. Could you please assist me in identifying and resolving this issue? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
