Unable to fetch PLANS Using REST Account

I have created a PayPal sandbox applications, Using the Rest business dashboard, the plan is created with ID(P-8TB14087NW268561JM37HS4A) and attached in the screenshot given below. When I am trying to list the plans using the REST Endpoint along with Client Credentials in the postman tool, I noticed that the Plans are getting fetched of SOAP account.

Listing the plans for REST Account using Client Credential Grant type but it is fetching the wrong data of SOAP Account -
Please let me know if anyone has come across to this issue.
