Transaction isn't showing on Sandbox Summary Page

I've been testing transactions on my sandbox account but none of it has been reflecting in my merchant account or buyer's account. Is something down on PayPal sandbox platform? It was working fine before. There are sandbox email records showing the transaction but the records isn't showing up in the summary page.
