I'm using PayPal on my WordPress website to collect payments with the FluentBooking plugin.
Sandbox mode is working well, but many of my clients reported getting a "payment failure" error when trying to pay using PayPal. These transaction failures don't appear on my PayPal account reports and I'm unsure how to repair it. Has someone encountered this kind of problem before? Any idea?
