PayPal Sandbox returning "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

I am developing a website that creates a recurring payment. I am using post method and it was working a month ago, now sand box is returning a 

"Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." message. Anyone else getting this?
